God's Perfect Gift
For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority. Colossians 2:9-10
Jesus Christ, God in human form entered this world to redeem the world. The One who came as a helpless infant would grow in wisdom, stature and favor with God and people (Luke 2:52). He would heal the lame, give sight to the blind, and set captives to sin and death free. He would reveal the very heart and love of God to a broken world and hurting people.
Through Him we can experience true hope, in the fulfilment of all His promises. We have the sure hope through His power we are being transformed into His likeness. Through Him we will experience life eternal with Him.
Through Him we can experience peace; peace with God and others. His peace transcends our circumstances and past mistakes.
Through Jesus Christ we experience real joy, the joy of knowing we are loved. Because of God’s great love we have His gift of Love in His Son.
Lord God, thank You for the gift of Your Son. He reveals You and empowers us to grow in wisdom and grace as conduits of His Hope, Peace and Joy. Amen.
